It's owned by Kara and sells things like smoke & burglar alarms, ceiling fans, alarm clocks, garden nicknacks, cellphones, as well as serves as a place for residents to apply for jobs, use the free wifi, and has the supernatural controller and find-a-mate crystal ball shall I ever need to use those.
