The Danielson-Kaufman Household Round 1

Curtis Danielson and Xander Kaufman started out the round by having breakfast. Curtis inquired about Xander's sexuality.

After breakfast, Xander headed to Coldwater's pet store, Perfect Paws. I'm not sure that black is the friendliest of color schemes, but it's Xander's favorite color.

Xander chose to do some jumping while he waited for customers to arrive. 

Are you serious, she needs help finding the collars right next to her?

Can I interest you in a dog house?

The cat & dog in the background are judging you Xander. Plus, Amelia Paul, Coldwater's arcade owner, is losing patience.

After restocking, Xander takes home $3,002 today.

Back at the house, Curtis was the first sim in Coldwater to roll a want to adopt a pet. Meet Mango!

The police officer has the same hair as the business reviewer guy.

Nothing like snuggling your cat in the middle of the road.

Mango wasted no time.

Gave Mango a bowtie.

That evening, Curtis headed to his bar, called Clanging Glasses. I'm really awful at naming community lots. Curtis's favorite color is purple. I'm not super happy with it so Curtis will be remodeling it over time.

Curtis went to hire some employees.

Gotta test the product.

Uh oh, oops. Nobody can get in the bar. Curtis will have to close and try again tomorrow.

Meanwhile...

Xander tried out my new default replacement. Hopefully he enjoys the game more than I do.

Mango was being destructive again.

After Curtis got home he went to bed too, and that's the end of the round because it's after midnight!

I know very little actually happened, but hopefully more will next time. As I've said Round 1 is just everybody's first day but subsequent rounds will be an entire season so more should happen then.
